CDC Self-Management Education Resource for Managing Epilepsy

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) offers a free program designed to help people with epilepsy reduce symptoms and improve their quality of life.  Patients will gain access to information on how to track their seizures, stress levels, sleep quality, and medication schedule.  For more information on CDC’s free online program, please click here.
