The NAEC Board is seeking nominations for two open board member position for a two-year term (2022-2023). NAEC has a seven-member Board of Directors, which is actively engaged in all aspects of the Association’s work related to center accreditation, coding, reimbursement, insurance policies and public health activities. Our efforts over the next two years will focus on all of these areas, but particularly on revising the NAEC Guidelines and assisting centers with the continued impact of the COVID-19 public health emergency on center operations.

Interested individuals should forward their C.V. and a short statement indicating their willingness to serve and why they are interested in joining the NAEC Board. Please provide prior leadership experience in medical and non-profit organizations, as well as political or other experience that could be of value to the membership.

NAEC strives to represent all epilepsy centers and is committed to a diverse Board of Directors in terms of gender, ethnicity, and geographical location. Members from level 3, rural, and pediatric centers are encouraged to apply.

Please submit your materials to NAEC at info@naec-epilepsy.org by Friday, September 24th, 2021.

Sincerely,

Dave Clarke, M.D.
Chair, Nominations Committee
